Weeding is the removal of the unwanted areas of a digital transfer. Its a time consuming process and the more complex the areas to be weeded the more cost is involved. We offer three levels of weeding:
(1) Fully Weeded. Transfers often incur the greatest cost when Fully Weeded. Every possible part of the design is weeded.
(2) Semi Weeded. Often reduces cost of weeding. This is where the smaller and more complex areas are enclosed in simplified, easier to weed shapes. Larger, simpler areas are weeded as normal.
(3) Fully Enclosed. As the name suggests, the design is enclosed in simplified shapes that keep the weeding time to the minimum.
